Stressed? Me?

Normally I’m not paranoid, but lately,  this picture keeps popping up in my inbox…

And I’m starting to think this dog is after my job.  This dog thinks he can write better books than me! This stress got to me and I sent this picture back to the upstart pooch…

Dog do ya feel lucky

Now I’m getting court ordered treatment for anger management. Meet my therapist…

Just another day in my life…

I know what you mean about job stress. I hope there’s something this weekend to look forward to.

    Have a stress-free Thursday.

LOL, that first dog looks exactly like a friend’s puptart. Nothing like a few funny pet pictures to de-stress. =o)

Fortunately, my job does not cause any stress at all. But, I get plenty from other areas in my life so I can commiserate. If you want I can send over GSS to give you a full body massage, he is really good with oil :) , and he guarantees you will be absolutely stress free by the time he is done.

Sounds like you need a day alone with those Wing Slayers. I am sorry to hear you are stressed. I hope you find time for some appletinis. :)

Sounds like appletini time to me, girlfriend!

Since I’m down here in Florida for a week, my only stress is catching up on my NaNo count which is almost beyond reach. I need some inspiration. Can I borrow Phoenix?

Val, stress finds us all one way or another :-) GSS massage sounds wonderful! But will I work after that? Hmm…

Silver, take Phoenix! He’s just sitting here anyway, waiting for me to get to him (revisions) and giving me “suggestions.” All his suggestions involve more sex…I’m seeing pattern.

So do you need brainstorming for NaNo or just time?

Hope Florida is treating you well!

I am agreeing with Kira word for word!!! Chin up, feet up and take a swig of drink!! You are an amazing author!!! Come on… The Wing Slayers, who else would have created these men’s stories! They bow down to you in worthiness! And we are your witch followers… hello! Who else you know that has witch followers… really!!! LMAO!!! You are beyond strong to go through what (all of you writers) all you do to put just one book out there and you are a KICK A$$ witch!!!

Now I see Val is letting GSS give you an oil massage.. hummm… **evil wink** I see the stress rolling off of you just thinking about GSS and the massage!!! LOL!!
And we do have the weekend to look forward to!!

BS is always helpful. Mainly, I’m thinking I bit off more than I can chew with this story. I realize it’s NaNo but can you say “Exposition is my friend!”? Uhm…yeah. When all else fails, tell don’t show. I’m not to the point that I’m skipping around writing random scenes…yet. LOL

Send Phoenix over. He can sit here and crack jokes and sexual innuendos at me. That way you can get the novella work done!

Vacation is good. Not doing a blasted thing but visiting with friends and eating.

Hey Cecile, I am once again behind! But you really made me smile! Except that I think of you guys as witch-friends, more than followers :-)

Nmow let’s all have appletinis and ogle Gas Station Slayer…!!!!

Oh Silver, I hear you! I do chunks of exposition in my first drafts, and then chunks of dialogue. It’s just the process, you know? This isthe Agnes story? Because I’ve always thought you had the talent for hat. You can totally do it AS LONG AS YOU ACCEPT THAT THIS IS JUST A DRAFT!

Also, maybe you need this vacation without the pressure of this word count? You’ve been really working hard lately.

Phoenix should be there by now :-)

He’s a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, and he’s such a baby. :whine: Now I want a dog.

I finally got a copy of Soul Magic yesterday! And wouldn’t you know it? Daughter snatched it up and starting reading before we even got home. =o\ LOL, good thing she reads fast.
