Book Giveaway

Here we are in 2010! Amazing!

New Year’s Eve, Wizard and I made steak, lobster and stuffed baked potatoes. New Years Day, we had baby back ribs and apple pie.

I think Wizard might be getting spoiled :-)

And a certain Witch’s broom might be groaning a bit.

Yesterday, I started cleaning out some stuff, going through books and I have a few copies of some old books (written under Jennifer Apodaca) to give away. I have about five copies each of the anthology SUN SAND AND SEX and full length novel EXTREMELY HOT.  If you are interested in either of the books,  name the titles  the comments. I’ll randomly draw names until I’m out of books.  I’ll announce the winners later in the week.

If no one wants them, I’ll just donate them somewhere.

Is anyone else trying to clean out stuff? I really want to simplify and pare down this year!

Please enter me. I would like a copy of either one. I always start clearing stuff out in January and I have started in the basement. There is a lot more junk down there than I thought. Happy New Year!

I would also be happy to receive a copy of either book. Please enter me in the drawing.

Since we just moved, I pretty much cleaned out all my extra stuff then. However, I am sure by this time next year (2011) I will once again have stuff to get rid of. It seems no matter how hard I try I end up with useless stuff sitting around.

    MeMeMeMEMEMEMEMEMEMEme!!!!!

Uhm…yes please. I’d love either book (or both! LOL Me greedy? You betcha!)

Baby, it’s cold outside today. I need some loco cocoa to warm me up. I really should clean my office and get some working surface again but I’m totally daunted by the piles. I think I’ll just sip my drink instead!

I do have the furniture picked out for my new office. Once the phone line and cable is installed, I can buy it, set it up, and start moving in. I figure I’ll clean and sort when that happens. (Of course, the man in charge of re-tiling my master shower is in charge of the additions to the office space. I’ve only been waiting…2 1/2 years for that shower?) Uhm…yeah. I guess I’d better clean, huh.

    Have a great Monday, witches!

    Maureen, you’re entered!

Isn’t it amazing how we can accumulate junk? But I love the feeling of cleaning it out and simplifying.

Val, it must be so nice (now that you’re moved and settled) in your new, uncluttered place! Unfortunately it doesn’t work the same way with kids moving. Two of mine moved out but I still have a lot of their junk because I have more room to store it.

Danielle, thank you! So glad you enjoyed the magic books. I have you entered.

I’ve read both books and you guys will enjoy it as well.

I continuously clean since I have limited space to store things.

Silver, ROTFL!!! Of course you’re entered! It’s a random drawing :-)

Your master shower is done through, right? All done? Completely? So he can focus on your office?

A new office is so exciting! I wouldn’t mind moving out of the open space I now work in and into an office with a door. A real door. Once that I could close! Sigh.

    Stay warm today!

    Dru, thank you :-)

Staying on top of clutter is the best way to do it. Because of a small renovation we did years ago I have ample closet space and that makes it too easy to accumulate stuff.

Happy New Year! My mouth is watering from seeing your our NYE/day dinners =)

Please enter me in the drawing as well. Either book would be great! I’d love to read your other books since I absolutely loved the Blood Magic books.

    Happy Monday, Everyone!

HAPPY NEW YEAR WITCHES! I have missed you all something awful.

Please enter me for either book. I was racking my brain trying to remember if I owned either of those, but I think the book I have the is the Beach Book Club, or something like that.

I am not anywhere close to new year cleaning. I think I’ll try to get around to it before next the new year turns again. :) Congrats to those of you organized enough to be on top of it. ;)

Jen, I’d love to be entered for EXTREMELY HOT. I already have the other one and it was great :)

On another note, Phoenix is on his way back to you. (See I told you I’d send him back :) ) I did my best to make him behave this past long weekend, but I really don’t think he knows how. Or maybe he just liked his punishments when he acted up. Hmmmm, I can’t imagine why that would be :D

I really need to clean out my closets and dresser drawers. Probably not going to happen anytime soon, though.

Uhm…Jen? Uhm….no. There are two courses of tile up. Two. Like where it was back in…uhm…August. My dream is to have that shower and my office done before I hit 70. I suggested paying someone. I’m still unthawing from the look I got! I’m about to start the cauldron and working on spells. He won’t like being a toad. Just sayin’!

    Welcome back, Erika!

I would love to win either of those books.
I’m a bit of a pack rat,but occasionally I’ll get the urge to purge some stuff but it ends up not being that much.

I’m interested in winning either of your books. I’m always trying to sort out which clothes to keep and which ones to throw away. I have a hard time throwing anything out.

Silver, you should get an award for your patience! And a finished master bath and office!

Some time as a toad can be very motivating :-)

Elaine G., I have you entered for the either book.

If the stuff doesn’t bother you, it’s a good thing. I’m just finding myself weighed down by too much clutter.

Jane, I have you down too.

I tend to hang onto clothes too and am trying to break that habit. Somethings I’m never going to wear again. Somethings I shouldn’t wear again :-)

Late as usual. I’m not trying to simplify my life, just get it all into some sort of organized scheme. So far, so good, but my new cleaning schedule cuts into my blogging time. I’ll have to work out the kinks so I can comment in the mornings again.

If you pick my name, I’ll be happy with whatever you send. Before the Wing Hunter Slayers, I only read one of your other books – Ninja Soccer Moms. Loved it, of course.

B.E. isn’t amazing how much time blogging takes? What did we do with our time before blogging? Hope you can get your lift organized in between blogging!

I put you in the drawing for either book.

Hope 2010 blesses you in many ways!
