What Are You Reading?

I always want to know what everyone is reading! As for me,  I’ve recently read:

Larissa Ione’s PLEASURE UNBOUND. That’s the first book in her Demonica Series. Naturally I read them out of of order and ended up reading the first one last. Why? Because that’s the way I roll, LOL! I really loved this one!

Then I read Jeaniene Frost’s THIS DIE OF THE GRAVE. These books I’m reading in order, I think. I love them all, but I don’t think this was the strongest in the series. But still totally worth reading! And one of the sex scenes caught me by surprise :-)

After that I read Lorelei James’ LONG HARD RIDE the first in her Rough Rider Series. Caution: This book has hot sex outside of just hero and heroine. I’ve read one other of the Rough Rider books, BRANDED AS TROUBLE and am going back to the beginning of the series.

And next up is Kresley Cole’s DREAMS OF A DARK WARRIOR.

Okay, your turn! What are you reading!

I just finished reading Jennifer Ashley PRIMAL BONDS, the second in her Pride Mates series. I love these books and can’t wait for the next one. Before that was J D Robb TREACHERY IN DEATH. Another great series and one that I continue to buy in print rather than for my Nook. Next up is Patricia Briggs RIVER MARKED. I also still have Yasmine Galenorn BLOOD WYNE to read. And less than three weeks for Phoenix! Yea!!! I can’t wait!!

I just finished Hunger Untamed last night by Pamela Palmer, yesterday morning I finished Aiden’s Charity by Lora Leigh, and Monday I reread Blood Magic. I plan on starting The Mating by Nicky Charles today. Got to keep myself busy til the end of the month when your newest as well as a couple others I’ve preordered come in!!

Right now, I’m reading Ariel by Steven Boyett. It’s a post-apocalyptic story where the apocalyptic event = technology stopped working and magic became real. So far it’s basically a guy and his unicorn traveling and meeting strange people – some of whom want to kill the unicorn for her horn.

Before that I read the latest YA paranormal by Rachel Vincent – My Soul to Steal – and Allison Brennan’s newest romantic Suspense – Kiss Me, Kill Me. =o)

Reading? What’s that? I’m actually not reading anything at the moment. I went on a binge a couple of weeks ago: TREACHERY IN DEATH (LOVED IT!), the entire Arcane Society series by Jayne Ann Krentz/Amanda Quick/Jayne Castle, and now I’m between books. I have the Class of ’85 Reunion series ebooks downloaded and need to read them before my next entry comes out next month but…I don’t know…it’s almost like I’m burned out. *GASP* I know! Sacrilege, right?!? Actually, I’m waiting for the 22nd with bated breath! There’s this book titled NIGHT MAGIC written by this witch names Jennifer…something. I think I’ll grab the first two books and reread them. ;)

Dawn, I want to read ALL those books! I especially need to get Jennifer Ashley’s, I think.

Had to laugh at the choices of buying in print or electronic. I do the same thing–it’s a whole new world!

Shiloh, that’s quite a list. I’ve heard of Blood Magic :-)

Janet E is hilarious. Haven’t read her lately, but now you’ve got me intrigued to look at Wicked Appetite.

B.E., Ariel sounds really interesting. I love these days when you all tell me what you’re reading! It’s better than browsing in a bookstore!

Carla, rereading the Stephanie Plum series should keep you busy until the end of the month! Somewhere around book nine, I stopped reading. It wasn’t intentional…not sure what happened. I should catch up.

Silver, okay I have to ask–with all the new books you want to read, why do you reread? I’m really curious!

I want to read TREACHERY IN DEATH too. So many books to choose from!

You have a release date on your book PROMISES PROMISES too! April 27th, 2011! Congrats!

Reading? I’m reading Moon Called by Patricia Briggs. I’m listening to Then Came You by Lisa Kleypas. Thanks to her I have a whole new respect for historicals. Who knew they could be so good?

I love Evanovich. I did read Wicked Appetite and I liked it a lot. I can’t wait for the 2nd book to come out.

Jen, you missed out on Evanovich if you stopped at 9. Ten Big Ones is my all time favorite. You should pick it back up. ;)

Erika, Lise Kleypas rocks! I’ve only read a couple of hers, but loved them!

Okay, so Stephanie number 10 is on my list then!
