My weekend was both bad, frustrating and good.
Friday, Wizard came home early and said, “Let’s go to the movies and dinner.” GOOD!
Halfway through the movies, my head was pounding viciously. BAD
By the time the move was over, I knew I sick. BAD
Wizard annoyed that I hadn’t told him sooner. BAD
Not being able to do anything Saturday but sit around. FRUSTRATING! I had so many things I had wanted to do. I was feeling better, but not well enough to get anything done. REALLY FRUSTRATING!
Sunday, I felt much better and was thrilled to go to lunch with a friend I hadn’t seen in a while. GOOD
The same friend said I could not put our conversation on the blog. BUMMER! Because she was totally cracking me up. (And I get “Don’t put this on your blog!” reaction a lot. LOLOL!)
Okay that was my weekend, how about yours? Good? Bad? Frustrating?

Ack. Sorry you weren’t feeling well. How cool that you got to see an old friend and had a wonderful conversation.
This weekend I wrote a little, rewrote a little and edited a lot. I also got some reading done. The ‘really good’ was that I laid down new words for the first time in over a month. They weren’t a lot of words, and they weren’t especially great, but I’m calling it a win. =o)

Booooo to being ill that sucks. Im glade your feeling better now tho, sucks when you get ill, even more so if you have things you need to or want to do.
As for my weekend well mine was both a good and i bad.The bad end of the weekend is due to the people my mum works for and because of that i really lost it. Theres a whole lot of history there which i wont bore you with the details, lets just say that im not a big fan of them (im very protective of my family and friends).
BUT to remedy the bad i went for drinks with my best mate and my cousin, and generally had a laugh, so all in all a mixed weekend

I’m sorry you were sick! Friday I came down with the flu that my oldest was kind enough to share with me. I spent all weekend on the couch feeling like I was dying! BAD
But my brother and his wife were kind enough to come get my boys on Saturday and keep them all weekend so I could die in peace! GOOD
Today I am feeling slightly better but just getting up and walking to the kitchen robs me of breath. I feel like I’m 90! Lol

Witch recovering. GOOD
Not writing anything last week. FRUSTRATING and BAD
Writing 1400 on Saturday and 1300 on Sunday. GOOD
Italian food and presents with family for “delayed” b-day celebration. EXCELLENT
And here it is Monday all over again. *sigh*

Sorry you were sick, but glad you are feeling better.
As for me. Friday night dinner out with inlaws for mother-in-laws birthday at an awesome Japenese restaraunt. GOOD Listening to hubby complain all night. BAD
Saturday breakfast with my family. Having my mom and cousin over to help my daughter start on her quilt and dinner. GOOD
Sunday just sitting around doing nothing. MOST EXCELLENT
Monday waking up to 15″ of snow. SUCKY BAD

Zoe, being protective of family and friends is a good thing, and I’m sure your mom appreciates it! But obviously it was hard on you to deal with the situation.
Aren’t friends the best invention ever? So glad you were able to go out and have some laughs!

Oh Shiloh, you really got hit with the BAD! Although I did laugh at your “die in peace” comment. I have soo been there! I really hope you get entirely well quickly. You make me realize how lucky I was to only have a 24 hour thing.

Val, husband complaining all the time is BAD and DANGEROUS (for him). I hate when they do that. But the Japanese restaurant sounds super cool!

My weekend was non-existant. I worked all weekend on a side job for the hubby. Next weekend will be better.

I’m much better but the cold I had is still lingering in the nasal area and rears its ugly head every time I think it’s finally gone. On a good note, we went out for dessert Saturday with the kiddies

Going out for dessert with the kids sounds like fun. Anything with dessert involved is fun in my book.
