Happy Friday!
Bailey is here! I wish I had a good picture of him, but we were too busy playing. First I walked him down to the local park and there were two bunnies playing in the grass. They took off into the bushes (smart bunnies!) and Bailey spent the next half hour sniffing out their trail. Then we came home and he chased lizards in the back yard. After that, he took a nap while I worked.
For Bailey, life just doesn’t get any better.
I, however, need more time to work. Saturday is Wizard’s birthday and Sunday is Easter. We’re going over to wizard’s brother’s house.
What are your plans for the weekend and Easter?

And OMG! Wiz and Baseball Boy have the same birthday. Lawyer Guy, Only, Sprout, and I will be at a library book sale/signing on Saturday. Poor BB has to work on his b-day. Full family gather either Saturday night or Sunday night to celebrate BB and Easter. Sprout’s motoring around but no Easter basket from Jammie and Big Daddy this year. His mom and dad are just going to hide eggs and let him and Dozer (their new German Shepherd fuzzypup) hunt them.

Happy Birthday, Wizard!!
We don’t make a big deal about holidays anymore. I’ll make a ham Sunday, but other than that, it’s life as usual here. Writing, reading, etc. I have marigolds to plant once it dries out here. And I want to get a perennial to block the deer from eating my hostas. Probably a lavender if I can get one, or a sage, or maybe salvia. But it’s a holiday weekend and the nursery is probably closed.

It’s the Bailey dog! He is so cute! And its good for you and him to get out and play a lil. A stress reliever for you.
I don’t usually work on the weekends, but I plan to a bit Saturday. Gotta finalize Wreck and get it off to my formatter. Yay! Meeting my daughters BF as well, then OUTLANDER is back that night. I will be curled up with a good beer, snacks and a blankie to watch that. Mmmm Jamie.
Sunday we are going to hubs aunt’s. Should be a good 25 people there. Good food and family… can’t beat that.

Silver, how funny they both have the same birthday! Hope he has a great one and Sprout has a fun Easter.
I know, the work never ends does it? And this revision is slow, although it’s starting to pick up speed now.

I don’t do a lot for Easter usually, and this one really managed to sneak up on me. Hope you guys enjoy your ham!

Hi Bailey Dog! Looks like you’ve already been having tons of fun. Good thing you’re resting up. Need lots of energy to protect the house from lizards :).
Jenn – Looks like you’ll be very busy this weekend. Tell Wizard Happy Birthday! Now what does he get, certainly not the sugar cake that BLB gets ;). Have a great time celebrating at your BIL’s on Sat.
Are you having Easter dinner at home on Sunday? We were. But now hubs comes in from having lunch with the youngest and says he got us court side tickets to the CAVS on Sunday. All I can think is to have dinner at noon so we can be at the game by 3?
