Wednesday Worthy

You guys know what day it is! Hump Day! Which means it’s time to evaluate our Worthy Candidate! So while I’m (A) going to the gym in my battle with the bulge (the bulge is winning) and (B) writing the Novella With No Name, you all can take a gander at this guy:

What do you think, is he worthy?

P.S, I noticed that this guy is totally winning the battle of the bulge, not that I’m jealous or anything :-)

    I think you’re awesome the way you are, but I totally get the battle. I’m currently in a stalemate… err, truce? with the bulge. If it stops growing, I’ll stop trying to kill it.

    Yeah, this guy is worthy. And he was probably born with that twisted metabolism that lets him eat whatever he wants. I had that when I was younger… then the bulge ate it.

    My bulge has bulges. :( I need to get back on the gazelle but…life. I admire you for making the effort to get to the gym.

    As for our candidate’s bulge? No…I won’t go there. But yeah, he can keep taking that hoodie off and stay awhile. Maybe he can help me write today… ;)

    B.E, thanks! I’m most interested in staying healthy and not straining my joints. My secondary interest is being comfortable in my clothes :-)

    LOL on the bulge at it!! I cracked up when I read that! I never had that metabolism! Although I was a lot more active (going nonstop!) when my kids were home. I suspect you’re generally more active around your property than I am spending most days at my desk.

    Silver, I’m only doing about 40 or 45 minutes on the elliptical at the gym. I need to get back to weights but time is limited. I know exactly what you’re going through!

    Ha! I didn’t even think of that bulge when I did the blog last night :-) I’m definitely in the book ate my brain mode.

    I’ll see if I can send him to help you write :wink:

    This guy is worthy :). Ha ha on his winning the bulge battle ;).

    You are winning. Just the fact that you don’t give up is a win. 45 minutes on the ellipse is great. The ellipse is one of the best tools for getting your body in shape from the outside in. So don’t knock yourself. You’re doing fine!

    I hope you’re having an excellent afternoon :). I’m about to go pour a glass on wine and make dinner ;). It’s not too long before you can raise a glass as well :).

    Viki, thank you for the encouragement! I truly appreciate it. I am making progress, it’s just slow which is probably better in the long run.
