Monday!

Wizard has lasted two weeks with Sadie! Come on, admit it, you’re all amazed! I know I am :-) Seriously, Wizard is trying so hard. Saturday, he told me to go to my meeting and he took care of her by himself for hours. And I got out of the house, hanging out with two-legged friends.

When I got home he said he has no idea how I do it all day. LOLOL! I feel the same way. I love her one minute and think evil thoughts the next.

And just to test us,  Sadie ended up with some little parasite friends.  All together now, let’s say, EWWWW!!!!  Sigh.  Then we found out how expensive a trip to the vet and meds are.

Poor Wizard. He can use all your spells (and alcohol!)

The vet told me something about my sweet little Sadie. See her here sleeping with her baby under my desk?

Don’t let that picture fool you. Sadie is a DRAMA QUEEN! The vet said all German shepherds are drama queens and not to give into her.  I burst out laughing! That fits her. Sadie the Drama Queen.

So how was your weekend?

Of course she’s a drama queen! How could you and the Wiz fall in love with anything else? LOLOL! She’s also loving, adorable, sweet, loving, adorable…did I mention adorable? *snerk* I’m very proud of the Wiz for Sadie-sitting so you could get out. Sometimes, you might want to take her for a ride with you, too–besides to the vets! Get her socialized to the car, too.

I’m sending a case of the Wiz’s beverage of choice and your caffe mocha vodka valium latte is on me!

I have a FABULOUS weekend. I was at an event here called Readers and Ritas. Hung out with some wonderful authors like Sherrilyn Kenyon, Dianna Love, Michele Bardsley, Dakota Cassidy, Jaye Wells, just to name a few. It was a wonderful weekend. Jennifer, I think next year you should come. :)

Silver, I am proud of him too :-) Sadie is a handful and I’m second guessing this decision a ten times a day. I think I’ll drink the coffee and give her the Valium! Maybe I’ll give Wizard the Valium too, LOL!

Jen, you are a brave woman taking on a puppy. When i got my dogs I adopted them full grown. it did not help with the chewing factor though. I have lost many items due to the chewing of puppies. They’re still considered “puppies” until they’re two years old. ACK! It’ll get better.

I’ve sent the flying monkeys to BevMo! to get the Wizard a case of special “brew”, I’m sure they’ll be winging it your way shortly.
