Happy Friday!

Shh, this is early, so don’t tell anyone, but  PLAY HARD Book Bundle is being uploaded! That’s 3 previously published sports romances, including THE PROPOSITION bundled together for 99cents.  This is the B&N Nook link  The Amazon Kindle one should be up today. I’ll give you guys all the details on Monday.

Tomorrow Wizard and I are trying a new dentist that’s closer to home. That’s pretty much our big weekend plans.  Well Sunday he has some fun plans, while I get to stay home to clean and work. I’m getting glimmers of  “Oh, there it is, the story!” Then it slips away before I can catch it. Only to pop back up when I try to do something really insane like sleep.  The other night I was making notes on my phone at 1:30 am. Let’s hope it pays off!

Talon Xavier cover
I’m also going to read Talon/ Xavier  the third release in Laura Wright and Alexandra Ivy’s Bayou Heat Series!  I love these shapesjifter books!

What are your plans?

A new dentist – fun. At least I think so. I’m one of those strange people that loves to go to the dentist and get their teeth cleaned. It’s an obsession with me – having really clean teeth. I hope you find the dentist to your liking.

It must be thrilling and frustrating all at once having the story begin to come together in your head. Does this always happen and do the pieces come together this way or just give you tidbits that lead you on the path?

No big plans this weekend. I think I’ll call Julie and we’ll take her out for dinner Saturday. And maybe we’ll see if we can help mid son find a place to live in Columbus.

Have a great weekend and don’t work too hard or clean too much ;).

Silly elusive story bits. Why must they hide from us? Maybe you can coax it out in the daylight with chocolate and then use one of those box traps – with the stick and the string.

Good luck with the dentist. I’ve had good ones and bad ones, so I’ll have my fingers crossed yours is a good one. =o)

Plans. Hmm. I’ve set myself the task of rewriting at least a chapter a day, so I’ll be doing that. If I can keep to the goal, I should be done with this thing well before the end of the month. (I’m starting ch21 of 34 chapters, so two weeks? Keep your fingers crossed.) Other than that? Reading and TV to keep myself sane.

UGH – I hate the dentist more than anyone on the planet !!! Just knock me out before I walk through the door !!!

I have the first of the Bayou series on my Kindle and I really want to give it a try but at the same time, I’m writing about a shifter and I tend to shy away from books with a similar theme when I’m writing – don’t want to be influenced or depressed …
That’s alright though – I’ve got like 500 other books to read 8)
Not much else happening. Had a dream last night we’d sold our house; I’m hoping that’s a sign !!!

Wow I am back sort of. My computer gave up the ghost and I had to get a doctor a priest and shaman in here to bring it back enough for me to transfer data to a new one.

I just plumb wore it out. It was the oldest one around. But I am nervous about having to bond with a new one and learn all the new windows stuff.

I am traveling to OH later today to pick up the kids from the grandparents. My brother and his family from Texas are flying in to OH so I will get to see them for a few hours on Sunday and then drive the 6 hours back home. It is all worth it because it is family. :-D

Have a good and safe weekend.

Happy Friday. That’s about all I have to say. LOL We’re leaving at some point tomorrow for the drive to Atlanta. Lawyer Guy’s phone died this morning. And I just found out a NYT best-selling author has a book coming out with a similar plot line/characters and the same freaking title as the 3rd book in my new series.

I will have fun next week. Will miss you witches!!!! I’m going off to sulk now.

    Viki, I’m late again, grrr!

Every book is different, but this pretty much is my process. In this particular case, it’s worse than usual for a few reasons but I’m feeling very hopeful now. I know the plot, but I couldn’t find the right way to execute it. Plus, the characters tend to “grow” in ways I didn’t foresee when I originally plotted the book and that can really shift the dynamics. But character growth is a very good thing!

Have fun with Julie! And I hope your son can find a place to live quickly! He has a lot to do in a short time!

B.E. you can totally do that! I’ve rewritten entire books in two weeks! It can be done!

Love the box and string trap!

We haven’t changed dentists in so long, but I’m sure this will be fine. I hate the time suck more than anything.

    Have a good weekend!

Ban, I hope your dream was a sign too! I hate having my house on the market. Suck a pain!

I just hate having to stop and go to the dentist.

It’s probably good to read a few books in your genre to stay up on the market, but I get what you’re saying. LOL on the 500 other books–I’m right there with you on that!

Kat, sorry your computer crashed! Mine is trying too and I’m resisting having to get a new one and do all the stuff you just went through. I’m sure you’ll bond with your new one very quickly!

That’s a lot of driving for you! But you get to see your brother and family, so that’s a bonus. Have a great time!

Silver, ugh on the book coming out similar to yours but how weird that even the title is the same. Although I’m seeing a tone of duplicate titles now. Don’t stress too much, it may not be all that big of a deal. Maybe wait and read the book?

What a bad time for LG’s phone to die.

Have a great time in Atlanta!
