Happy Friday!

Summer is zooming by! Here it is the weekend already. Yay! And thank you all SO much for the tremendous support on HER TEMPORARY HERO.  It means so much to me. I truly appreciate it and never take it for granted. Thank you!

HER TEMPORARY HERO will be 99 cents for a few more days. I believe the price changes Monday, and then it’ll be $3.99.

The third book in the series, EXPOSING THE HEIRESS is coming along. Now that release week for HTH is ending, I’ll be able to concentrate. I want it done! I will love it more once it’s done :-)

And quite by accident, I stumbled on this pictures yesterday and bought it. And it’s my Friday gift to you all :-)

Handsome Man

So what are your plans for the weekend? Hope you all have a Happy Friday and Fabulous Weekend!

I am so happy that release week has gone so well :). Kind of had a feeling it would.

I started HTH last night and I really like it. I’m just a little way in but the characters develop quick.

I know you want to get ETH done but take a breather. You’ve had a very busy week.

I like your guy – his eyes are nice.

    Have a great weekend :)!

Course, I already told you I love the book. :) And thrilled its done so well.

You are so right about summer…it’s over halfway over. Crazy how fast time flies.

Not sure what I will be doing this weekend, but I’ve been writing a new story. yay me! It’s a short one but I’m already over halfway. Makes my heart happy when I can write. :D

Arrgghh. I still haven’t even opened HTH yet. It’s killing me. Once my hands get back to where I can hold my Kindle comfortably again, I’m taking a break from the other book so I can read yours. And now you’re getting ready to finish ETH. :flails: Of course, in order for my hands to get back to normal, I have to stop using them – which ain’t gonna happen because I committed to having this book rewritten by mid-September. I’ll just have to suck it up, slather on the Aspercreme, inhale some more Aleve and push through.

I was just thinking this morning about how fast time is flying lately. ugh.

Thank you for the gift. He’s yummy. I’ll keep him around to boost me up while I write this weekend. Other than that, we’ll be watching the British Open and working on the house.

*wipes drool from chin* Okay. I need to go buy this guy! Which site is he on? He’s perfect for a hero in an upcoming series. As you know, I loved HTH! Can’t wait for the next one but I think Logan might be my favorite hero in the series. He’s….*deep feminine sigh*

Have a great weekend everyone! I’ll be busy organizing and packing. Headed to San Antonio on Monday so will be scarce until the following week. I’ll miss you witches!

Viki, thank you for all the support! I’m taking a bit of a break this morning (morning in CA still). I went to the gym, doing a little cleaning around promo to clear my head.

I hope you have a great weekend!

B.E. slow down…what’s going on with your hands? is it from all the physical work you’ve been doing or writing? Do you have arthritis? I’m concerned! Don’t even worry about HTH, taking care fo your hands (and your own writing!!!) is more important. I can’t stress that enough!

It’s all the manual labor (several hours yesterday shoveling rocks didn’t help), plus all the typing, plus years of not being kind to my joints. No big thing. I stop punishing my hands, they stop being turds, and then I can get back to normal. And I’m sorry, I should’ve thought with all your joint problems this would be a scary thing for you. It’s more soft tissue complaints than anything chronic or anything needing medical attention. Today’s Aleve and Aspercreme, plus soaking my hands in hot water while I did the dishes, have helped tremendously. Thanks for your concern. :hugs:

B.E., glad to hear it! Although I still don’t like you being in pain regardless if it’s from manual labor, computer time or chronic issues. Off the computer, darlin’ and rest!

:hugs: I don’t like you being in pain either. But like me, you know it’s all part of who we are. And like Patrick Swayze said in Roadhouse: Pain don’t hurt. ;o)

B.e., it’s true, but I think pain sometimes makes us more sympathetic. Hope you’re feeling better! Rest your hands :-) (You know how it is–once a mom that nags, always a mom that nags, LOL)
