Happy Friday!
It’s a happy day for me as I plan to get back to working on a new story today! Even if I only get to work for a couple hours, I’m psyched and ready to tackle a fresh project! Now if only I could find the perfect inspiration…
Ha! I wish. He’s so cute! But even without the dog, I’m still excited to tackle this and hopefully write fast!
Before I get to do that, though, I have to go see another specialist for my ankle. I think it’s a waste of time, but I’ll do it and then I’m done. My ankle isn’t getting worse and I’m sick to death of going to doctors.
So getting back to writing today is my happy news, what about you? What’s putting the happy in your Friday?

New story! Yay! Heh, cute inspiration. I hope he helps. Ugh on the specialist. I loathe doctors for the most part, but it’s especially irritating when you go to them and they can’t find anything. It’s like ‘what exactly am I wasting my time and money for?’
I’m waiting for my editor to message me so we can have a chat session about chapter one and why it’s niggling at her. I’m happy to get that sucker nailed down so I can finish the rest of the polishing over the weekend and load this book for pre-order. T-minus 11 days to launch. :fingers crossed:

B.e., my internet was down for a bit today but it’s back now.
So that’s exactly what happened today at my appt. The doc was nice and honest, and while he could see the ankle has problems, there’s nothing they can do. I respect his straightforwardness a lot. It’s a relief to just ignore it as best I can.
Super exciting about your launch in 11 days! But I’m sure that’s upping your stress to get that one chapter right. You will do it!!! And then you’ll feel fantastic!

I love the puppy. It’s how I picture your writing would be if you had a little guy like him ;).
Sorry that there isn’t anything to be done about your ankle. It is refreshing that he was honest and hasn’t wasted your time and money. Maybe one day they’ll come up with something. Does it bother you all the time? I hope not.
How long do we have to wait before you clue us in to the new story ;)? By the way, I am loving Exposing the Heiress.

Viki, I thought I answered this, so sorry!
My ankle isn’t that bad, so I really can live with it. The doctor felt I was doing as much as I can by not being overweight (his words, I feel overweight) and adjust my excercise, etc. It’s all okay, I promise.
