Weekend Roundup
Friday was awesome! A whole day out with my sister, Biker Witch, and she bought me my favorite coffee ice cream! It obviously doesn’t take much to make me happy 
Otherwise, I got my second Covid vaccine quick and easy Saturday morning. By evening my arm was sore and I was a little tired. Sunday, I had a mild headache, a few minor aches and fatigue. That’s been it so far. I even listened to Wizard and rested most of the day.
I’m hitting the computer hard today! Coffee first, then writing will happen.

Yay for Biker Witch Time(tm), coffee ice cream, and finishing off your vaccination. Boo on side effects buy yay for them being mild. I get my second on Wednesday.
Insomnia has decided to turn spring break into a a staycation. This waking up around 3:30 a.m. and not getting back to sleep is for the birds. Which I hear waking up and singing. Blerg.
In writing news, I have villains, I have motives, I have means. Saturday was something of a bust but yesterday it all came together and I churned out around 5K words. Maybe more. Anyway, feeling better and better and this project.
That was pretty much my weekend. I did go out and stand in the sunshine a few times. It was nice. Cooler weather moved in early this morning so back to being chilly and partly to cloudy. For the next week. Another blerg.
Anyway, cheers to lots of computer time today! Coffee is my lifeline at the moment. I’m really hoping I can have another productive day. We’ll see if my sleep-deprived brain can totally function on caffeine alone.

It was in the 80’s here over the weekend and today 52 – haha. This weather is crazy. We’ll be chilly for a while now.
I get my second shot on Wednesday and am planning on a slow Thursday. I don’t react well to shots so I figured to set my sights low and be happy with whatever happens.
Youngest came home early from hiking/camping trip. It rained the entire time. Bummed for him. He works like crazy and really wanted to downtime.
I have to go prep dinner. I bought steaks for the first time since September.

Yay for Biker Witch time, a lovely visit, and coffee ice cream!! I’m glad your vaccination went well and yeah, Wizard was right… take it easy. I hope your writing day is going well. :hugs:
Heh, I’m guessing you lost that bet here. I read and tended to my container garden. I did get the proof copies of a copy of my books and those look lovely. Other than that? Oh, yeah, I watched golf. That was kind of exciting toward the end there.

B.E., Wizard was right as I feel great today. I got a lot done, but not words. Still it counts as my motivation is improving.
Gardening is more than I did, and print proofs are exciting. It’s a special feeling to hold a book you wrote in your hands. And given how much you did last week, a little relaxation over the weekend was a good thing.

Viki, I’m out of order here, LOL! Yep, Biker Witch is a good sister. Today was a super busy day, but all good even if I didn’t get as much time to actually write like I hoped.
I know you often react to vaccines, but I’m hoping this one will be as easy for you as it was for both Wizard and me.
Poor Youngest! Just when he needed a break the most, the rain ruined it. I hate when our kids are disappointed like that, plus I’m sure, like me, you worry about how hard they work.
