Non-stop weekend. We did it all, LOL.
Friday, I finally got the MRI done! Yay! The staff there was great. The only way I got through it was to keep my eyes closed in that machine. It worked! No telling how long before I hear results. I came home and packed for painting then Friday night we went to dinner with Middle and his wife to celebrate her birthday. We had such a nice time. Oh and somewhere in there I baked cupcakes to split between middle Daughter In Law and Turbo as they have birthdays one day apart in March.
Saturday Wizard got a little packing done, then we went to see Turbo for his birthday. More fun! I had a great time playing with Turbo. And he gave him a clinging hug when I went. That’s truly the best gift from a grandson!
Sunday was all day packing and prepping for painting. Wizard took a break to spend a little time with Youngest (with my encouragement!). But he worked like a dog when he got home. We are close to ready. We are dead tired too, but since we’re not going to jobs, we can’t really complain.
Today the painters come, and I’m planning to take Maggie to boarding for a couple nights. It’ll be less stress on all of us. This has been a lot of work, but when it’s done, I think we’ll be glad we did it all now.

So happy to hear that you made it through the MRI okay. Never would have thought that closing your eyes would help. Good to know, though I have no problem with MRIs. Hope the results come in soon. It will be so good to know if they can pin point what the problem is and fix it.

Earlier today I was up near my computer and I heard dripping sounds coming from the attic again. We always think we have the issues solved and then it comes back again the next year. It’s driving my batty.
We had snow all day yesterday and some of today. Most didn’t stick yesterday but we now have about 3 inches. It’s never dull weatherwise in NE Ohio.
I sure hope all is going well and that Maggie enjoys her stay at “the SPA.”

Viki, I have claustrophobia, but in any case, it all worked out. I think they got good images, so we’ll see what happens. It’ll probably take awhile to get it read and make it’s way to my doctor.
They painters are working hard and we appreciate it. It’s going to be a long week, but that’s expected.
I hope Maggie is okay at boarding. But I think it’s better and safer for her there. I think I’m going to put her in daycare there for a few hours a couple more times before we go to Hawaii so she’s comfortable when we’re gone a week.
Man that dripping sound would drive me and Wizard nuts too. I imagine you’ve checked all the usual things. It’s so frustrating trying to find something like that!
The weather is definitely active. We had a huge thunderstorm here today and may have another tomorrow. Mother Nature is keeping herself busy these days.
