I’m going to get a chance to read today because Pella is replacing the crappy door they sold me a year ago. The finish came off and they tried to fix it twice. Finally the re-finisher said it was just too much. So much for Pella quality in my eyes.
Oh – I’m going to be reading THE ACCIDENTAL VAMPIRE by Lynsay Sands. Her books are so much fun
Im reading a couple of books at the moment, one of them is key’s book Sinful magic by of course you and the other one is a book written by a group of kids called the freedom writers. im just about finished with that, but its a really good read. and in some places its so sad. it makes you realise that no matter how bad your life is, theirs someone in the world whos having an even worse time than you.
Right now I’m reading a cute little paranormal called “The Scot, The Witch and the Wardrobe” by Annette Blair. I picked it up off the bargain rack along with her ‘Gone With the Witch’. So far, it’s not bad. A little racier than I was expecting, but still cute.
Sorry about your headache. I hope you feel better soon. :hugs:
@ B.E. I have those books by Anette Blair, sadly they are packed up right now but they are on my TBR list.
I just finished a book for book club, Warprize by Elizabeth A. Vaughn, its a historical fantasy and so out of my normal reading genre but I loved it, so much so that I picked up the next one immediately.
I hope your headache goes away soon, sinus headaches are horrid.
Hey Jen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And fellow peeps!
I hope you have been well and everything has been okay for you?!?!?!?!?! Miss you guys.
I am trying to get back in the swing of things… slowly.
Wanted to pop in to see how things were going. And I am happy to say that I am back reading again. I am reading Dragon Blues by Edie Ramer. She is a great author!
Well, I hope all is well honey!!!! Don’t be stranger! You know what I mean! Hugs!
Jen, you’ll love KISS OF SNOW. She did her usual amazing job with the story and characters.
I just finished reading G.A. Aiken’s Dragon Kin series. I can’t wait for the next one to come out. Right now, I’m in the middle of Nora Robert’s CHASING FIRE.
Cecile! How’ve you been girl? We’ve missed you around here! I need you to help me stir up trouble in the lair again

Viki, how frustrating on the door! Hope the new one holds up better! On the upside you get to read, and like you said, Lynsay is always fun!

B.E., I read an Anette Blair years ago, THE KITCHEN WITCH and it was very amusing. I’m sure this one is just as good!
Thanks on the headache. It’s just dogging me day after day.

I haven’t heard of Warprize by Elizabeth A. Vaughn–sounds interesting. Always good to read outside the box a bit!

Cecile!!! So good to hear from you! I’ve heard of Edie, I think she’s a pretty good friend of Karin Tabke. I’ll have to look at the book.
Don’t be a stranger! We all miss you!

Dawn, I’m so sucked into this book! But I do get frustrated at the jumping around because I want Hawke and Sienna’s story!
I have Aiken’s books on my to be read list.
