OMG, how cute! Wizard’s got the self-control of a… well… a wizard. (I’m such a wordsmith this morning.) I could snuggle that puppy right up and never let him go.
All babies are cute and cuddly. The problems happen when they become teenagers: chewing on stuff, eating you out of house and home, stealing car keys (whether to eat the keys or drive the car is up in the air). And then, the geriatric stage: pooping, peeing, and puking where ever they are . . . oh, for humans that seems to be in the teenager stage, too.
I’m dealing with the geriatric stage with a dog and a cat. It’s almost as exhausting as dealing with a youngster. It’s the worry that’s killing me since my dog won’t eat. Scrambled an egg and mixed it in her food–she carefully ate the egg out of the dog food. *sigh*
Must go back to My Lair to work on that damn spell for Wizard’s self control. *snaps fingers* Thought I had it for sure. Awww, he is too cute. But I do have to agree with Margaret on this one… (Having a Halfing Witch at the age of 16, one pup at 8 yrs old -hubbys before we met-, and one pup at 1 yrs old…) yea… we deal with a lot in the house!
I will have to send you pictures of my monster (aka the baby, lol).
But will work on spell for Wizard’s self control to tumble!!!!
Off to the Lair… Come on guys.. hee hee.. You did not think I was going alone did you!! Silly Witches!!!
just tell him you are suffering from empty nest syndrome and you NEED something small to care for!something that will love you unconditionally and WON’T talk back
Margaret, oh I’m so sorry! Worry over an animal we love is exhausting and very sad. Your poor little dog! And you!
You are absolutely right about pets (and kids!!! I raised 3 boys through teenage years). I know this, and yet I’m starting to really think I’m willing to do the work. Maybe…

B.E., I think Wizard isn’t really LOOKING. I mean anyone with a heart would fall for this guy, and Wizard has a big heart.

Cecile, Wizard is doing something magical to repel the spells! He’s too clever, dang it.
I’d love to see pics of your monster!
There’s going to be trouble in the lair, I can sense it now. Axel will blame me. Again.

Silver, LOLOL!!! Haven’t downloaded the pics from your cruise yet? Procrastination is a writer’s friend!
You have such cute (BIG) dogs!
Puppy at the door might look a bit suspicious to Wizard

Ban, that’s a good one! I’ll try it!! But I have a feeling I might end up with a stuffed animal dog, LOL!

He is so cute! I’m with Margaret on this one…they are a lot of work when puppies. I reccomend adoption. You can get them after the puppy stage.
Your Wizard is a tough one. Keep trying though, everyone has a weakness somewhere. hehe
BTW– Barring anything catastrophic, I’m going to Nationals! Woo-Hoo! Would love to meet you while there. Are you doing any workshops?

Ashlynn, fabulous that you’re going to National! Nope, I am not doing any workshops. We’ll figure out a way to meet up!
