You all did a fabulous job of comments on whether wizard should get me a puppy. Sadly, NOTHING is swaying him!
NOTHING!
Not even this puppy–this little 8 week old Doxie…how cute is he?
Evidently NOT cute enough for Wizard. I sent The Wiz this pic and what did he say? “I don’t like his nose.”
His nose????? What’s wrong with his nose? It’s an adorable nose!
But you know what cheers me up? Picking two winners to send THE BEAST WTIHIN to! Okay, I didn’t actually pick the winners, Random.org did. And now, no more stalling or cute puppy pictures! The two winners of a copy of THE BEAST WITHIN Anthology are:

OMG, how could anyone refuse that face? I just want to snuggle him up, and I’m not even a fan of Doxies. I prefer big dogs. My last puppy was a malamute/lab mix (although when I got him I was thinking he was Aussie shepherd/lab). I’m always afraid I’ll break little dogs.

Aw he’s a cutie. When we got our dog my husband refused a puppy and we had to get one at least a year old. My middle son really wants a dog that he can carry around, of course he says he wants a dalmatian and I can’t get it thru his head that they grow into BIG dogs. We are dog sitting some friends Lab while they are trying to sell their house and we LOVE her. Sorry our comments didn’t help your case any.
Congrats to the winners, I look forward to picking up this book.

B.E., sounds like a pretty puppy! But yeah, how can anyone resist this face?

Amanda, LOL! Dalmatians do indeed grown into big dogs! Then tend to be sweet but a sometimes a little high strung too.
I’m honestly not looking at breed or even age, as much as just a dog that’ll capture our hearts. But Wizard is keeping a tight hold on his heart!

Well we swear we got the ugliest dog at the pound the day we went but she is a sweetheart. We had just a few requirements that had to be met. She was the only dog that let all 3 boys walk her on a leash. Of course she likes to talk to you and I’m starting to hear actual words now. LOL
