I have 90% of my shopping done! Wizard and I did half the shopping together–and the other half separately and managed to get the bulk of it done. I was actually in the mall two days in a row–I haven’t been to that mall in MONTHS. I talked to real people and everything, LOL!
I finally got to read SEBASTIAN/ARISTIDE (Bayou Heat Series) and I’m ready and enjoying FIGHTING FOR FLIGHT. I haven’t had time to read at all unless I had insomnia, so it’s been an awesome break.
I’m also bugging Wizard for a dog–something I always do when I come up for air after finishing a book. He’s SOOO used to this, he just puts me off knowing I’ll start the next book and get too busy again
So three questions for you all:
1) How was your weekend?
2) What are you reading?
3) And what is your favorite home-made Christmas treat?

Excellent job on the shopping. I finally finished too, just wish the mail would deliver it. For the second time in 2 wks our carrier decided not to deliver on Sat. Not a big deal except at this time of year when you’re waiting on gifts you need to wrap.
You are so funny about the dog. What are you going to do when he says yes? Head to the pound together or go alone like I did with the kitten?
1. Weekend was busy. But I got the cards done and a couple more batches of fudge made. The heavy snow Sat. helped by keeping me in the house.
2. Just finished How To Date A Dragon and am about to finally begin Eternal Sin – can’t wait :).
3. I don’t really have a favorite holiday treat.
Have a great day!

Way to go on the shopping! And yay for the reading! Heh… puppy. Now that we have our own place, I’m going through periods of wanting a dog. The cats would stage a revolt to rival the French Revolution. ;o)
The weekend was quiet here. I’m still reading Les Miserables, but I paused to clear my head with Rubbed Out by Riley Adams. It’s the most recent (I think) in her Memphis BBQ mystery series. Light and fun. I also have four more books coming as my Christmas present to myself, so yay.
Favorite homemade treat: Peanut butter fudge. I mean, I still love my regular chocolate fudge, but the peanut butter is to die for. I might have to break down and make some. ;o)

Viki, the second Wizard says yes, we’ll begin searching. He’s said yes, actually, just not right now
You’re getting things done too! Bet the fudge is good, and I’m with you on waiting for presents to arrive. I’ve got two–one I’m sure will show, the other I’m worried about.
I have Eternal Sin to read soon too.

B.E., I’m imagining the a little puppy confounded and terrified by the cats Puppy fever can really sneak up on us, LOL!
Yum on the peanut butter fudge! I’m still debating what I’m going to make. It’ll just be a couple things.
