Bailey is coming this weekend! Saturday, Wizard and Middle Son are going to to a track to run their radio control cars, then Wizard will bring Bailey home for a couple days. Yay! So by the time I get home from my RWA meeting, Bailey should be here.
I’m doing the workshop too, I’ll let you guys know how it goes. I hope it turns out okay. I’m thinking since it’s Father’s Day weekend, the turnout will be small.
So I’m living the dream–assuming my dream is to be a juggler. Sheesh. I’m trying to write one book due in two weeks while getting bombarded by copy edits and final proofreading for the one coming out next month, and contract stuff for the Brazil one and so many other things I can’t keep all the balls in the air. I just want TO WRITE THIS FREAKING BOOK.
But you know what? I still love my job
Our Father’s Day will be quiet, I think. CPA Boy has been traveling this week, so he’s staying home as we’ll see him next weekend. Middle is seeing Wizard Saturday. BLB (youngest) may come by and Bailey will be here. I’m making Wizard a strawberry pie so he’s very happy.
What are your weekend and/or Father’s Day plans?

You certainly do have your plate full but it’s better full than empty ;). It’s obvious to us that you love your job or else the reads would be very good. Funny how that is ;).
I hope you have a great time at your meeting and that the workshop goes well. You’re right that the turn out may be a little less with the Father’s Day weekend.
YES! Bailey’s coming!!!! You guys will have tons of fun and work will be adjusted accordingly :).
I hope BLB does come over – don’t want Wizard to have Sunday w/o any of the boys.
We’re going to have copper river salmon on the grill for Father’s Day. Hubs and 2 boys will golf. The middle son is against all Hallmark Holidays so we’ll see what he does.
Have a wonderful weekend and Happy Father’s Day to Wizard and everyone’s hubs :).

Yay for Bailey! Although, I know when he’s there you have a tough time working, but he’s awesome so it’s a trade off. I saw a girl dog that looked a lot like Bailey on FB the other day, and I thought she’d be perfect for you, but she was way the heck over here. (Not that you need a dog right now with all you have going on.)
Umm, yeah, the writing is the dream. I don’t know if that other stuff is made of dreams or has the makings of nightmares. LOL But I guess if I ever do get published, I’ll take those parts with the dream parts.
Father’s Day will be just a day here. Both our dads are gone and the Kid’s up in Michigan. Most likely we’ll be chilling out watching the US Open and recovering from the last round of home projects. I hope you have an awesome weekend hanging out with Bailey and eating strawberry pie.

You work best under pressure. *nods* No, really. You do!
Yay for Bailey coming. He’s better than a stress ball. You’ll nail the panel. And I bet more show up than you anticipate. This weekend will be pretty quiet for us. We are meeting the kids at a new burger joint for dinner Sunday night. Low stress, nothing fancy, and I get to see the Magic Bean Sprout!
Have a great weekend everyone!

Viki, thanks on the workshop. I hope I can pull this off.
Middle’s against all hallmark holidays? LOL sounds like a man, but I do get it. We don’t over-emphasize mother and father’s day–the kids do enough.
Hope you guys have a great Father’s Day!

B.E., writing really is living the dream, but they dream wouldn’t be worth it if it was easy. Or that’s what I tell myself anyway.
Aww you saw a girl-Bailey!
Wizard’s more excited about Bailey coming over this time than I am. But we always enjoy him. He’s a sweetheart. (He wouldn’t like that description, he sees himself as very tough.)
Have a great weekend!

Silver, are you sure I work better under pressure? I guess we’ll find out!
I don’t think a lot of people will show up, but mostly I’m not thinking about it. I’m just going to get up there and do my best.
Yay on seeing the baby!!! He’s already getting big. Have a great time!
