Weekend Roundup
Quiet. That was my weekend, and I’m good with that. I worked, not making visible progress, but noodling around with some ideas on how to get from the middle to the end. I’m going back to the KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid) Method
Today, I’m getting my teeth cleaned because the fun never ends around here

It was quiet here, too. Gray and rainy, and cool for a change. I made more cornbread, because Hubs is sucking it down. Other than that, meh.

Also quiet. Deadline day and I procrastinated like crazy, even yesterday. I was up until 1 a.m. I have 100 pages to go. I will get them done today. Period. And then the week begins in earnest tomorrow. Fun times.

Not much happened here over the weekend either. Quiet and calm is good :).
Middle son didn’t meet us for dinner Sat. :(.
I did several loads of laundry and made soup ;).

B.E., I thought of your cornbread this weekend. I’m planning to make it this winter when our temps getting below 80 degrees

Viki, quiet and calm seemed to be the weekend forecast. I’m sorry you didn’t have dinner with your son though.
I did laundry today–it was as boring as always. I had a great dental checkup though. Hope you’re having a nice evening and a wonderful week!

Yes. A 100 pages of edits/revisions so there was a lot of writing involved. I finished and emailed the MS at 11:58 pm so technically, it was in on time.
I already have what I hope will be the final line edits in my inbox but I can’t bear to look at it until tomorrow. Or maybe later tonight. Nap first.
