Wow, really? Friday already? I’m had my head down working and have no idea how Friday got here. Last time I checked it was Tuesday. The book just needs one more straight edit and off to the editor it goes.
So who’s getting ready for Christmas? I haven’t even started. If it’s not raining this weekend we might get out tree. I’m still trying to wrap my head about it being December.
What are you all doing this weekend?

I hear you loud and clear on the time flying by and I’m not even busy writing a book.
So far I’ve done nothing really in prep for Christmas. I’m so behind. I hope to begin making fudge this weekend and maybe even get to work on cards.
I see busy busy bees in all of our future ;).
Have a nice weekend!

Gah. I’m so confused on what day it is. But yeah, I guess it’s Friday again. With the storm preparations, Wednesday felt like Friday… so today feels like Sunday. Yay for being almost done with the book, though. That’s awesome. =o)
I decorated the tree. It’s a three-footer, and fits perfectly on our dining room table. Then I put other decorations around the living room. It’s all very festive. Other than that, I’m totally not ready for Christmas. I need to get cards out, and figure out what to send the Kid. I can’t believe it’s already the 6th. Ack.

Christmas decorations? Seriously?!? *muppet flail* I guess I need to think about that, huh. I’m staring out the window at six inches of snow. I should be in the Christmas mood but I just realized that Christmas is only 18 days and 12 hours away! *MUPPET FLAIL* I guess I should get on things, huh.

B.E., please take care in that storm! I watched the news on a break today and it looks wicked.
Right there with you on the Christmas panic.

Silver, you’re like Wizard counting days and hours! I prefer to ignore it and will it away. That method is a HUGE FAIL though. I really must learn a new coping strategy.
I used to be so organized before all these characters took over my brain.
Stay safe and warm in that storm!

We’re staying safe and staying home, Jen. We got lucky and missed most of the ice, but we did get at least 8 inches of snow.
