Wizard has discovered Facebook! I’ve created a monster 
Now that he’s going to retire soon and have more time, he’s really starting to get into it. So funny! I see the future and it includes me working on the laptop while Wizard checks his status updates on *MY* desktop.
Man it is miserable hot here. And tomorrow we have an outdoor wedding in the late afternoon, but I think it’ll work out since the sun is going down earlier now. I’m looking forward to my beautiful niece getting married. Oh and yesterday while I was out shopping for new bedding, I found a dress to wear. I had a dress but this one is better Wizard likes the dress too. Unfortunately, neither one of us liked the comforter set I bought for the new guest bed, so we had to return that last night. Wizard went with me to help. And by help I mean keep me from making another bad choice, LOLOL! Sometimes, I have decent taste, other times I completely miss the mark.
In writing news, we FINALLY have the audio version of Obsession finished and it should be up for sale very soon on Audible and iTunes. Getting those three books into audio turned into a test of patience, but the narrator, Ryan, did an amazing job. I’ve said this many times, but he treated the material with both talent and respect, and was an absolute professional to work with. It was just scheduling conflicts that slowed us down.
I’m working on CAGED MAGIC too despite a ton of distractions. But I’m determined not to let Linc down again.

Oh boy Wizard is going to have fun on FB :). Will he be checking out your pages ;)? Is he going to get a computer or just use yours. My hubs thinks that he will be using mine – news flash – no.
You know I hate the heat so I’m feeling for you. I hope it does cool off a bit for the wedding. It should be a lovely day.
Too bad about the comforter set but good job on the dress. Makes you feel great when you stumble onto a great find. Being nosy, what color is it?
Hubs is going to be working on his “stuff” in the basement. He want’s to organize all his office stuff he’s brought home over the past couple weeks. I will be going to HealthCare.gov (I swear) this weekend and figuring out insurance.

It’s nice to finally see Wizard. You two make a cute couple. =o) I think he’ll have fun with FB. I don’t think I’ll ever get Hubs on FB. Sometimes I’ll read him the headlines from my newsfeed and he just shakes his head. I do show him cute puppy pics, though. His favorites are the retriever puppies. =o)
Sorry about your heatwave and drought. We heard about some of that on the news yesterday. Fingers crossed for a break in the heat for the wedding. We’re in the jetstream dip, so it’s 56 right now and only supposed to reach 64. I think you need to jet out to the midwest for a couple days. Soak up the cool.
Yay for the audiobooks! And yay for Cage Magic!
Since I finished the rewrite on Wednesday, I’m kind of lost. I know I have to send it out to betas today, and then finish the proofreading on Wish in One Hand this weekend so I can send submissions next week. And I have to choose which other book to work on between now and NaNo (when I’ll be writing something new). Other than that, if the weather cooperates, we’ll do something outside for a change. =o)

Happy day to you and Wiz. Lawyer Guy has been on FB for awhile but he usually just likes my stuff and shares Newfoundland dog pics and the occasional political thing.
Can’t wait for CAGE and Linc. Will definitely find the time to reread the whole series. Again.
I’ll be working this weekend. Revision notes coming on the next Red Dirt Royalty book plus trying to get Moonstruck wiki built so my continuity in BLUE MOON is correct. I hope those edits won’t take long because I’d like to have BLUE out by October 1st, the 15th at the latest.
We have cool temps this weekend, and chances of rain. We need it almost as bad as y’all do. It’ll be a good weekend to work.

Viki, we have two computers, so it’ll work out. The laptop is very good. Wizard uses it too. And if I’m on it and need to type fast, I can hook it up to the keyboard and monitor I have in the upstairs office. We really did plan ahead for this retirement gig
The dress is blue and sleeveless. I’ll see if we have time before we leave to take a pic. I’ll look lumpy (fat!) in it but that’s just my reality at the moment.
Hope your hubby creates a man-cave for himself out of his stuff, and send you good luck vibes on the insurance. I’m dreading having to do that in a few months. Ugh!

B.E., Wizard isn’t posting much yet, but he’d enjoying connecting with old friends. He’ll post more as he gets comfortable but he’d checking his status a LOT. So cute! But he’s really annoyed at me as my personal page is under Lyon instead of Apodaca. So if I post anything it’ll look like I’m his g/f not his wife
Your weather is tempting me! Any extremes in temp bother me though, it probably bothers your hip as well.

Silver, Wizard’s held back for years because of his professional career–and that’s why I never linked to him in the past (my decision, not his. He tells everyone in the universe that I’m a writer). But I imagine he’ll post about his beloved baseball team (Giants) and RC car racing, stuff like that.
Hope you can get it all done this weekend! I’m going back to my seven day a week schedule, just not the relentless hours I was working. But I know you have to do it right now.
